Essential Studio Additional Software Missing

If you have installed the setup version 21.1.35 with any other versions, the unlock key information is disabled, resulting in missing software being shown as empty.

Please follow the steps to resolve the issue.

1. Open the license manager utility available in the following location. For example, if you have installed versions 21.1.35 and 21.2.3.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Syncfusion\Essential Studio{Platforms}\21.2.3\Infrastructure\License Manager

2. Remove the unlock key from version 21.1.35, which is not displayed in detail.

3. Then, relaunch the Syncfusion control panel version 21.2.3, and the additional software alert will be removed.
