Connection error issue during the installation of the setup before v20.4.0.48
We encountered an issue as TLS 1.2 support was deprecated in NET Framework 4.0, resulting in connection issues in versions prior to 20.4.0.48.

We have resolved this issue, and the web installer setup has been refreshed. Please download the v21.1.35 or later web installer setup from your account and try to install it.
Before installing the setup, please clear the package cache and temporary files for the version you wish to install.
Package cache location: C:\ProgramData\Package Cache
Please note that ProgramData folder is hidden by default, but you can enable it in the Folder options.
Temp location: C:\Users\Syncfusion\AppData\Local\Temp
Note: If you want to install a version before v20.4.0.38, please try using our offline installer to install the specific products you require.
