How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication for your Syncfusion Account

Enable Two-Factor Authentication using following Steps.
  1. Login into Syncfusion website. After successful login, it will be redirected to
    My Dashboard page.

  2. In My Dashboard page, click Two-Factor Authentication in the left side navigation section or main section under My Account.

  3. Click toggle button to enable Two-Factor Authentication.

  4. Click Generate backup code to obtain backup Code.

    Notes for Backup Code Generation

    • Backup codes also provide an additional layer of access to your account.
    • They serve as a secure alternative when you can’t use regular authentication methods.
    • Backup code should be store securely.
    • Regularly re-generate backup code for security reasons.
    • Only one backup code can be active at a time. If you are generating new, old will be deactivated.
  5. Once user click Generate backup code, a pop-up will appear.

    Download Button
    Click the download button to save the backup Code document to your local device.

    Copy button
    Click the copy button to copy the backup code to the clipboard.
