The .NET MAUI DataGrid allows you to load grid cells without borders by setting the GridLinesVisibility and HeaderGridLineVisiblity to None.

The following code illustrates how to load the grid without borders.

XAML
<ContentPage.BindingContext>
   <local:EmployeeViewModel/>
</ContentPage.BindingContext>
<syncfusion:SfDataGrid ColumnWidthMode="Auto"
                      HeaderGridLinesVisibility="None"
                      GridLinesVisibility="None"
                      ItemsSource="{Binding Employees}">
   <syncfusion:SfDataGrid.Columns>
       <syncfusion:DataGridTextColumn MappingName="EmployeeID" HeaderText="Employee ID"/>
       <syncfusion:DataGridTextColumn MappingName="Name" HeaderText="Name"/>
       <syncfusion:DataGridTextColumn MappingName="IDNumber" HeaderText="ID Number"/>
