How to export the contents of a grid to excel in WinForms GridControl?

Exporting

You can transfer the contents of the GridControl and GridDataBoundGrid to Excel by using the GridToExcel method of the GridExcelConverter class. Here is the code example.

Syncfusion.GridExcelConverter.GridExcelConverterControl gecc = new Syncfusion.GridExcelConverter.GridExcelConverterControl();

//Convert Grid to the Excel
gecc.GridToExcel(this.gridControl1.Model,@"D:\excel.xls");
gecc.GridToExcel(this.gridDataBoundGrid1.Model,@"D:\excel.xls");
Dim gecc As New Syncfusion.GridExcelConverter.GridExcelConverterControl()

'Convert Grid to the Excel
gecc.GridToExcel(Me.gridControl1.Model,"D:\excel.xls")
gecc.GridToExcel(Me. gridDataBoundGrid1.Model,"D:\excel.xls")

Note:

The following dll files should be added, along with the default DLL files in the reference folder: Syncfusion.GridConverter.Base, Syncfusion.GridConverter.Windows, Syncfusion.XlsIO.Base.
