How to Add a Passkey on Syncfusion Website?

Creating a passkey on the Syncfusion website is a simple and secure process. Follow these steps to set up your passkey and enhance your account security.

Step 1: Log in to the website and navigate to the Passkey page. This option is available on the “My Dashboard” page under the “My Account” section. Refer to the following screenshot.

Step 2: Click on the “Add Passkey” button to add a passkey to your account.

Step 3: You will be prompted to authorize to create an passkey. This could be a fingerprint scanner, a facial recognition system, or system passwords. Follow the on-screen instructions provided by your device, which may involve scanning your fingerprint, or using facial recognition.

Step 4: After completing the device prompts, review the information to confirm that your passkey has been successfully registered. Your registered device will be displayed on the Passkey page, indicating that the setup is complete.

How to Sign in with a Passkey on Syncfusion Website?

After you’ve created a passkey, you will be able to use it to log in to Syncfusion instead of entering a Syncfusion password.

Step 1: Go to the Login page.

Step 2: Click “SIGN IN WITH PASSKEY”.

Step 3: Follow the prompts on your browser or platform to select a passkey that is accessible from the device you are using and complete the authentication process. For example, when prompted, you might touch a fingerprint sensor or enter your PIN.

Step 4: Once the authentication is complete, you will be logged in to your account.

How to Edit a Passkey Device Name

Step 1: Log in and go to the Passkey page.

Step 2: Click the “Edit icon” for the passkey you want to edit.

Step 3: Change the passkey name as desired, then click the Save button to save the new name.

Once confirmed, you will receive a notification that the passkey name has been successfully saved from your Syncfusion account.

How to Remove a Passkey?

Step 1: Log in and go to the Passkey page.

Step 2: Click the “Delete icon” for the passkey you want to remove.

Step 3: Confirm that you want to remove the passkey. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification that the passkey has been successfully removed from your Syncfusion account.

Note: Following this process to remove a passkey will effectively delete it from your Syncfusion account. Please check the device-specific instructions to delete the passkey from your device.
