How do I provide a Full Trust environment for Syncfusion assemblies when doing ClickOnce deployment?

All of the Syncfusion assemblies require Full Trust to run on the target machine. When deploying the application through ClickOnce, an installer needs to be created that can provide full trust for the assemblies.
