How to select the node that is outside of the selection region in the WPF Diagram (SfDiagram)?

In the WPF Diagram, you can select nodes outside the selection region by overriding the PointerSelection method in a custom Selector class. We have prepared a sample to demonstrate this. In the sample, we define conditions for selecting nodes based on their parent-child relationships or other criteria within the PointerSelection method.
