When to use the CommandBar classes?
The CommandBar classes can be used directly when the application does not use the Essential Tools XP Menus/Toolbars feature. If the application uses these features then the CommandBars are relegated to the status of an internal detail and the XP Menus framework provides the higher-level API/design-time required for creating the customizable menus and toolbars.
