How to Integrate the WPF Diagram into a WinForms Diagram?

1 min read

In our WinForms Diagram control, you can integrate a WPF Diagram control using the ElementHost control. We have implemented a simple sample to demonstrate this integration. Our sample implementation process involves:

  1. Create a WPF UserControl: This control contains the SfDiagram component.

  2. Embed Using ElementHost: In the WinForms application, add an ElementHost control to the form. Set the WPF UserControl to the Child property of the ElementHost. This step is crucial for hosting the WPF content within the WinForms environment.

  3. Initialize Components: Initialize the necessary SfDiagram elements in the WinForms code-behind.

This approach efficiently embeds WPF Diagram control into a WinForms application using ElementHost control.
