How does the PositionAtDecimal property affect the WinForms MaskedEditBox control?
Decimal separator
When the control receives focus, the cursor is positioned next to the DecimalSeparator (if there is one). This behavior was also present when the UsageMode was set to Numeric. This has been changed as of version 1.5.2.1.
