Gather Log Files

Syncfusion® Essential Studio® Installer creates multiple log files and records actions and their outcomes as different pieces of the install are executed. If the install runs into any unexpected errors, these log files will help Syncfusion Technical Support troubleshoot the problem. We have created an utility that simplifies gathering these log files and combining them into a single zip archive.

Please follow the steps listed below and send us the 7z file generated by the tool. 

       1.   Download the 'GatherLogs.zip' file from the following link: GatherLogs.zip.

       2.   Extract the zip file and run the 'GatherLogs.exe' file with administrator privileges.

       3.   It will generate a zip file named 'SyncfusionLogs_date_time.7z' in the same location as the application file.

       4.   Please send us the generated SyncfusionLogs_date_time.7z file through BoldDesk Support.
