How to set vertical axis crosses value?
In an Excel chart, the horizontal (category) axis can be made to cross the vertical (value) axis using Horizontal axis crosses. Similarly, the vertical (value) axis can also be made to cross the horizontal axis using Vertical axis crosses. This can be achieved in XlsIO using CrossesAt property.

Set the primary value axis (vertical axis) crosses value using CrossesAt.

The category axis can be made to cross the value axis at maximum axis value by enabling IsMaxCross property.
