Sf licensing version mismatch issue in Miscellaneous Extension.
When troubleshooting a Syncfusion® UWP project created using the Syncfusion® UWP trial setup v16.2.0.41, the Syncfusion® Troubleshooter utility may report a project configuration issue indicating an assembly version mismatch. This typically occurs when the referenced assembly versions in the project do not align with the expected versions from the installed trial setup.
This is a known issue in the Syncfusion® Troubleshooter utility, which arises due to a version mismatch between assemblies. Specifically, the Syncfusion.Licensing assembly is versioned as 16.2.0.41, based on the build version, whereas the Syncfusion® UWP assemblies are versioned as 16.2460.0.41, based on the framework version. Because of this difference in versioning schemes, the Troubleshooter may incorrectly report an assembly version mismatch when analyzing UWP projects created with the Syncfusion® UWP trial setup v16.2.0.41.
For example:
The Syncfusion.SfGrid.UWP assembly (v16.2460.0.41) includes a framework version, whereas the Syncfusion.Licensing assembly (v16.2.0.41) does not. This discrepancy can trigger a version mismatch warning in the Syncfusion® Troubleshooter utility.
However, this issue does not affect the functionality of Syncfusion® UWP controls and can be safely ignored in your project configuration.
A fix for this version mismatch will be included in the 2018 Volume 2 – Service Pack 1 release.
