How to resolve Syncfusion installation not started issue in antivirus installed machine?
Syncfusion has published the following Essential Studio versions with latest WiX v3.11 (Windows Installer XML), which are using to create the installers:
- Syncfusion Essential Studio v16.2.0.46
- Syncfusion Essential Studio v16.2.0.50
- Syncfusion Essential Studio v16.3.0.17
- Syncfusion Essential Studio v16.3.0.21
Since, there is a problem with the latest WiX v3.11, the previous version Syncfusion installers will not be installed in AVG or Avast antivirus installed machines.
We have also confirmed this with WiX team that there is a problem with the latest version WiX v3.11. Refer to the following article for more details:

To resolve the installation issues for Syncfusion versions from v16.2.0.46 to v16.3.0.21, you have to disable the AVG or Avast antivirus if it is installed and proceed to install. After installing, you can enable the previous antivirus.
This issue was resolved from 2018 Volume 3 SP1 release.
