How to manage Embedded and SDK licenses for Bold Products?
Overview
We are offering Enterprise portal system where you can add or remove your developer from your company. So, the users who exist inside the portal including the admin, can access the company purchased license.
Following products only get the portal-based access.
- Bold BI Embedded
- Bold Reports Embedded
- Bold Reports Viewer SDK
- Bold BI Enterprise
- Bold Reports Enterprise
Following steps explain how to get the Portal:
Step 1:
If you have the active subscriptions for the above listed Bold products. You can request our sales team via email sales@syncfusion.com for setting up the enterprise portal for your company. So that you can share your subscription to your colleagues by adding them as a user in the portal.
Step 2:
After setting up the portal you will be notified by our sales team. You can add any number of users as per your wish, you can follow the steps from this KB article for user addition.
Step 3:
All the users in the portal can access the active subscription, it’s only enough that active subscription available under any one of the portal users (who can be admin of portal/one purchased the subscription). If no one in the portal have active subscription for the purchased product, then no portal users can get the access to the subscription. Only person who purchased the subscription can get the access. In this case, you need to move subscription to any other user in the portal to do this, please contact sales@syncfusion.com or add the purchased user to portal to get this solved from your side.
Please be sure to add the required number of users to the portal, based on your purchased subscription count. Example: If you have purchased 5 number of Bold Reports Viewer SDK license, then add only 5 members to your portal, if you add more users you can contact our sales team (sales@syncfusion.com). Admin or purchased user who is not the developer but in portal also counted.
Step 4:
All the users present in the portal can access the download page of their respective products. Check below steps of where you can find the downloads of your respective products.
Bold BI Embedded Download
If you or anyone in your portal have active Bold BI Embedded subscription, follow the below steps to download the setup.
Step 1: Go to this download Link and it will be redirected to the below shown login page.
Step 2: Chose you available login option. Portal users might have only Syncfusion account, so prefer Syncfusion login option.
Admin or Owner of the subscription might have access to other login option (Bold ID, and Azure AD)
Step 3: After successful login, you will be taken to the below Bold BI Embedded download page from where you can download the setup.
Bold Reports Embedded Download
If you or anyone in your portal have active Bold Reports Embedded subscription, follow the below steps to download the setup.
Step 1: Go to this download Link and it will be redirected to the login page, follow the login process as explained for the Bold BI Embedded product above.
Step 2: After successful login, you will be taken to the below Bold Reports Embedded download page from where you can download the setup.
Bold Reports Viewer SDK Download
If you or anyone in your portal have active Bold Reports Viewer SDK subscription, follow the below steps to download the setup.

Bold BI Enterprise
