1 min read

In JavaScript Tree Grid, we can customize delete confirmation dialog validation message with our preference. For doing that user have to change the desired text to deleteRecordText property in the ej.TreeGrid.locale[“en-US”]. The following code snippets shows the same.

$("#TreeGridContainer").ejTreeGrid({
//…
editSettings: { showDeleteConfirmDialog: true, allowDeleting: true },
});
ej.TreeGrid.Locale["en-US"] = {
   deleteRecordText:"Really want to delete the record?"
}

Customize the delete confirmation dialog validation message.

A sample with customized delete message is available in following link,
